- On March 8, 2023, our 501c(3) application was ordered via LegalZoom.
On September 30, 2023, LegalZoom submitted our 501c(3) application to the IRS.
On February 29, 2024, we called the IRS for a status update. We were informed that our 501c(3) application had been referred to a secondary review panel, and results were anticipated by April 15.
On March 22, 2024, the IRS called to apologize for the delays due to a staffing influx and training and stated a decision would be rendered in two weeks.
